Charity Donation to Sandon House Community Centre

Our Office Manager, Steph, successfully completed the Manchester Half Marathon on Sunday, October 13, 2024. In recognition of this incredible achievement, McCulloch and Gleave Independent Funeral Services donated £100 to Sandon House Community Centre in Heywood. Funeral Director Jamie and Steph attended a coffee morning at Sandon House to present the cheque.

Sandon House is a non-profit community centre located in the heart of Heywood. It serves as an energy-efficient space that fosters intergenerational connections, helping to reduce isolation, support those in need, enhance sociability, improve health and wellbeing, boost employability skills, and alleviate financial hardship. The center operates entirely on a voluntary basis and receives no funding from the local authority.

What a wonderful and worthy cause—great job, Steph!
