Types of Funerals
Choosing the type of funeral service you require for your loved one is a difficult decision and one that shouldn't be taken lightly. Several factors may influence your decision such as religious or cultural beliefs and family traditions. McCulloch & Gleave will listen to your requests and will guide and advise you on the options available.
Cremation
You may wish to hold a ceremony at the crematorium chapel or in a church or at a venue of your choice. The committal will then take place at the crematorium. The service may be religious or non-religious.
Burial
You may wish for your loved one to be buried in a cemetery or church graveyard or any other burial ground. This may be a new grave or an existing family grave. Many burial grounds have a chapel where you may hold the service, or you may choose to have a church service, graveside service or a service at another venue of your choice. The service may be religious or non-religious.
Repatriation
If the funeral ceremony is to be held abroad, we can help you arrange this.

Our Order of Service booklets come in a variety of designs which are produced to the highest standard. Each booklet is unique and can be tailored to reflect your loved one's life.
Tributes and Donations

Transport
Our own fleet of Mercedes Benz hearse and limousines are expertly driven by our professional and courteous chauffeurs. Should you want something more personal, we also offer more bespoke services e.g. horsedrawn, motorcycle hearse.
